A Supermarket at Sarah's

For all of you out of townies who LOVE London's famous Portobello Market for its' delectable vintage finds well I have some GREAT news for you. Two words... Supermaket Sarah.

It's a fab new e-business that offers a whole lot more. Sarah decided to leave the corporate world behind her and has set up shop in her own home. Her home, round the corner from Portobello Market where she has a stall, is now overflowing with treasures and delights and she welcomes visitors with tea and cakes. Yep she even holds special tea parties where you and your friends can dress up while enjoying her hospitality. Sarah has created a blog documenting her finds and the kooky, stylish Notting Hill locals visiting her market stall. The internet shopping experience on her website is super simple. Just click on any item you like the look of on the picture and it takes you straight to the shopping cart. I love her styling too. The haphazard display holds together by using blocked colour. Great tip to take away and use in your own home. Happy shopping! I'm off to try and nab the Jesus Loves Me flag before you do :)

British Tea Party!

This is my friends wedding I went to last Saturday. I have been to a lot of weddings and I believe this has been my favourite! Why? It was fun. Sharing cake, tea, and sandwiches mixed with dancing in an old school community hall brought the nostalgia of England to this modern day wedding. The bride, groom and his mum searched all the local charity stores for months collecting a mishmash of vintage china. The result is beautiful, colourful and playful.
