This Little Piggy Makes The Perfect Pet

There's a new pet in town and it's a little "oink" pig that fit's into your teacup. Yep it's the Micro Pig. Suddenly the price of pork has just gone up. The British newspaper The Guardian, claims Victoria Beckham has just bought one for her football star David from  The Little Pig Farm, run by Jane Croft in Cambridshire. For £700 per piggy you can own one.

Fully grown, they stand at just over a foot. They make, it seems, brilliant pets – they are affectionate, come when you call their names, and are more intelligent than dogs.

Croft has stated she is not really selling them as presents, and she won't sell to anybody. She always vets people to check they know what they're taking on – micro pigs need a large garden, should be kept in pairs and can live for 18 years.

They can be easily house trained and will sit on your lap while you watch TV so you can scratch their bellys. They will "talk" to you and have you giggling for hours. They enjoy listening to Classic FM.

Well if micro isn't your thing you could always consider the big daddy of swine.

The Snooze Adventures

I've been having some pretty crazy dreams lately. I don't know about you but I love getting my zzz's for the free adventures, dramas, and weirdness my head comes up with while I'm asleep. I call it the snooze adventures. The fun is waking up in the morning and interpreting the dream on Dream Moods. Los Angeles based photographer Gregg Segal has gone a step further and decided to tell his dreams through picture. If anyone is an Editor of a magazine right now.... book me so I can work with Gregg.

To see or receive a teddy bear in your dream, suggests a regression to an earlier state. It symbolizes lost security, comfort, companionship and implies that you need to be reassured and taken care of. You may be reminiscing about early childhood memories. Alternatively, a teddy bear signifies an immature relationship

To dream that you are a superhero, represents your above-average talents, ideas, and other hidden abilities that you may not realize you possessed.

To dream that you are naked, denotes the fear of being found out and exposed about your activities and misjudgment. To dream that you are taking a bath, signifies a cleansing of your outer and inner self and a washing away of difficult times. This dream may also be symbolic of ridding yourself of old ideas, notions, opinions, and other negativities. Your dream may be pointing toward forgiveness and letting go.

To dream that you are building sand castles, suggests that you are not building yourself a solid foundation or something that will last. The dream indicates delusions of grandeur.

Cheerful Soul

As you know I'm feeling a little flat this week but I have prescribed myself a pick me up. A dose of: a splash of colour. I love vibrant colour used bravely and when it pops against a white backdrop like this I want to eat it. YUM YUM!

Yep it worked I feel better already. Does this home put a smile on your face?

Some days even being a supermodel you just don't feel like having your picture taken. Fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld is notorious for keeping his glasses on to keep the world out. Well here are a few others following his lead.

To be honest today I want to keep the world out. I desire to hide away in a little cave so I don't have to deal with what is going on. The company where I work is laying a whole bunch of people off and today I have a meeting about my position being made redundant. Ho hum. It's been a weird old year for me and I guess you could say it's one of those times in life where it feels like the rug has been pulled out from under my feet. I could get all philosophical on you right now but nah.  I'm not ashamed to say today I need a mask and for me that is a pair of sunglasses.

Bin Them or Keep Them?

Ok I have been a lover of the Converse for many years but I'm wondering if it's time to let them go. True story about one of the magazines I worked for. Converse trainers were the uniform for staff on the magazine and for those who wanted to be in it. It was our barometer into who was cool and who wasn't. Ok obviously more went into it like the house had to be gorgeous but I swear on my mother's life this canvas shoe played a big part in getting across the message. Relaxed but modern.  Whenever I was styling a shoot and it looked a little empty or I had to style the homeowner I would pull out a pair of  faithful canvas shoes (white were my favourite). BAAM the shot came to life. They were the good old simple days. Now though I'm thinking it's time for a change. What do you think? Should I bin them or keep them?
